There is a Guest Posting on my Blog Today

"I love to play with words. I love the little ambiguities of the English language. Especially newspaper headlines. Today's paper had the headline, "Extra pounds raise risk for premature death." A "premature" death? Do deaths have an aging process? Are there "mature" deaths? Can we pick little, green, unripe deaths from the death trees, pack them in air-tight, nitrogen-filled Harvestore(tm) silos until we need them? Then, bring them out and set them on the kitchen counter to ripen? What if we don't use them while they're ripe? Will they go bad? Can we avoid these rotten deaths by their smell? Or by the little skul-shaped death-flies buzzing around? Words are fun."

Some day I will post his Haiku to incorrect spelling.
