I am the most pathetic blogger in the world! It's a good thing that this isn't a twitter account, 'cause I'd bore people to tears. Gee!

There are a couple of absurd things for me today. One is that I caught the office cold. Clorox wipes and Germx didn't help. I have it anyway. So far it is not as bad as my co-workers, but I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Secondly, I spent a week with my sisters and they didn't kill me! That means that I have failed in my life's mission--to be as ornery as possible. Drat.

Halloween is past. I wanted my costume to be a pair of sterile latex gloves and a face mask, but thought that I would scare too many patrons. I probably should have worn them anyway to stop spreading my germs. Can you just see a little librarian behind the desk with half of her face covered and with gloves on? I have visions of Dexter on a library rampage. Bwa wa ha ha!

November is Peanut Butter Lovers Month. Hurricane season ends in November. My father-in-law's birthday is 11-2. Tomorrow is Plan Your Epitaph Day. Oh, there are so many more days to celebrate this month. I can't wait. Unless I plan my Epitaph and I need it sooner than expected. Hmm.

And, the most absurd of all, don't forget to vote on Tuesday, November 3. Your vote is important.
